1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Returns
Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, as permitted by EU law.
5. Defective Goods
Consumers are entitled to statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods under Polish and EU law.
